Generous holiday entitlement. Your annual leave entitlement will be 20 days which will increase to 25 days after you have been with us for 3 years. You are also entitled to 8 bank holidays per year.

Training and development opportunities.  All employee’s training needs are identified and discussed every year, so you will always have chance to develop your skills. Free use of Magna Vitae’s leisure facilities. We really do believe that everyone in East Lindsey should #liveagreatlife. We think that being physically fit and healthy is a great place to start. That’s why all our staff benefit from free use of the gym and swimming facilities in our leisure centres.

Occupational health service. We look after our staff by providing a free occupational health service which offers confidential support and advice.
