Description

The role involves taking responsibility for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas. You will be required to assist the kitchen brigade by ensuring that the kitchen is maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times. You will also be expected to manage pot wash and plate wash areas.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not necessary, however we are looking for commitment and dedication.

Malmaison Oxford is located in Oxford Castle, formerly HM Prison. The cells have been converted into hotel rooms and the Visitors room into the bar. The 94 bedroom hotel which opened in 2005 also offers a brasserie with private dining rooms, wine cellar, bar, champagne bar and roof terrace.
