The Deputy Head Housekeeper role:

The role of the Deputy Head Housekeeper is to lead and inspire a diverse workforce and support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the entire hotel to meet and exceed five star standards. To stand in for the Executive Housekeeper from time to time and to control manpower and expenses budget.

The Deputy Head Housekeeper will:

• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, conscientious, reliable and dedicated. Be NVQ Supervisory Level or Similar, IT Skills (Word / Excel) Fidelio Opera Reservation and Rooms Maintenance System would be an advantage. Have proven experience in a similar position in a luxury 4 **** hotel of comparative size. Have excellent training and communication skills. Have knowledge of linen inventory and stock keeping of guest amenities and cleaning supplies. Have attention to detail and good time management. Have knowledge of basic Health and Safety Requirements.
