Elite Spa Therapist (UK South)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who strives to exceed expectations and deliver excellence in everything that they do. 

We have a very exciting opportunity for you to join our professional Village Spa team covering our Southern region - including Bournemouth, Cardiff, Coventry, Dudley and Swindon.

As a member of our Elite Spa Therapist team we will engage with you; give you practical training, development and progression within a unique and expanding company. Working in modern surroundings you will be expected to provide a professional service that our guests will remember for all the right reasons and want to return time and time again. 

General Requirements:

• Hold a min NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• Have at least 3 years’ experience in the Spa industry, with evidence of high KPI results

• Be passionate about sales and diving revenue

• Be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of treatment standards 

• Be confident to lead events, demo’s and workshops with clients

• Be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days a week

• Hold a full drivers licence and have vehicle access

• You will be required to travel regularly between spa locations, and on occasion to any of our 18 Spa’s in the UK to support when needed

Purpose of the role:

• Support the delivery of the spa strategy in order to achieve budgeted commercial returns.

• Support in the delivery of consistent standards and profit performance through effective inspiration and development of our spa teams in line with your Senior Spa Manager.

• Your role is all about driving quality and value that ensures great guest spa experiences, by being obsessed with standards and hospitality, then leading by example to achieve the highest levels of service.

As the ELITE therapist in your region you will receive the highest level of training in our company, in all brands including ESPA, CACI, JESSICA, HIGH DEFINITION and ST.TROPEZ.

Your main objective is to support our Spa's when an extra pair of hands is needed. But as one of our in house trainers you will also be required to deliver on-site training to your region’s teams, audit the spa's to ensure standards and quality of treatments being delivered are to the highest of standards, support with stock management, support with events, and support the day to day running of Spa's when Team Leaders and/or Managers are absent from the business. Full training in all areas will be given.
