Goodwood, a beautiful and unique estate in West Sussex, is famous for delivering extraordinary experiences for the c.1 million people who visit each year. The 700 strong team working here are key to our success.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the grounds team, who are
responsible for all of the estate grounds, motor circuit and airfield turf areas.

Your duties will include mowing, turf maintenance, strimming, hedge cutting and general grounds keeping.

What do you need to be successful?

• A strong interest in grounds maintenance. (Experience in this area would be advantageous but not essential).
• You'll be a great team player, with a willingness to learn.
• You'll be positive with a 'can do' attitude and great attention to detail.

Occasional weekend work and flexibility in working hours may be required, especially during our events season.
