Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Supervisor

Based at Winchester Finance Office your role as Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Supervisor will involve:

Implement and maintain the sales ledger and credit control process in accordance with company policies.

Process credit account applications – run credit checks where necessary.

Effectively resolve customer queries and liaise with hotel staff where necessary.

Import daily invoice file to accounts package

Enter receipts in accounts package and allocate against invoices

Timely and effective collection of all debts

Any other Ad Hoc duties

Our successful candidate will have:

The ability to work well under pressure

Excellent telephone manner with a focus on customer service

Good attention to detail

Proven experience working in credit control and sales ledger environment

Hotel experience working with Opera and/or OTA’s would be advantageous but not esssential

We are offering a competitive salary from £20,000 to £24,000pa depending on experience, and an award winning benefit package including -
