Salary

£38,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Work Pattern

Mainly dayshift Monday to Friday but flexibility is required.

Job Description

The overall purpose of the roll is to give the Company a competitive advantage by the proactive acquisition, disposal and management of the property assets in accordance with an agreed estates strategy plan in support of the company’s business plan and its growth, profit values and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development and growth
  • Acquisitions
  • Rent reviews and Lease Renewals
  • Property Management
  • Ratings
  • Closures and Disposals
  • Sub Lettings

 

Skills

  • Degree in Estate Management of similar
  • Chartered Surveyor
  • Computer Literacy
  • Experience in acquisition of retail units, Landlord and Tenant, and all round property management.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Must be prepared to travel throughout the UK from Newcastle
