About the role…

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced, positive and flexible Maintenance Manager to be part of our team.

As a Maintenance Manager you will take ownership of Hotel repairs, upgrades and service so guests can relax and be energised in a room that looks like it is brand new.

The standards our guest’s expect are of the highest level, which means a successful maintenance team is essential.  This challenging and varied role covers all aspects of property management, from health and safety, PPM and the management of refurbishment programmes.  The role will be the lead on all maintenance and health and safety associated activities across the hotel.

About you…

Ideally you will have previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in a Hotel environment, a thorough knowledge of all areas of the trade and a good understanding of legislation and requirements. You will be helpful and deliver a thoughtful service every time.
