Due to our ongoing success of creating luxury cruise holidays we are expanding our P&O Cruise and Cunard Fleets. We are offering talented and driven individuals the rare opportunity to join our on board Senior Management Team in the role of Hotel General Manager. Reporting directly to the Captain, you will be guest obsessed in all that you do as the with overall responsibility for Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Customer Services, On Board Revenue, Entertainment and all associated Support Services.
As the Hotel General Manager you will lead and inspire your colleagues whilst taking responsibility and accountability for the commercial and corporate objectives. You will maintain the brand service standards across the whole on board operation to ensure that the team are working better together to deliver the highest level of service and consistently achieving all revenue targets.
As the Hotel General Manager you will be heavily focused on coaching, developing and nurturing your team to ensure that they grow and progress throughout their careers. You will provide them with the tools to drive their teams forward and succeed in every aspect of ship life.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will;
- Have a coaching, open and consultative leadership style, enabling a high performing culture.
- Be experienced in ensuring the effective leadership of a culturally diverse workforce
- Pro-actively identify improvements and feed back to the operational product owner shore side, for continuous improvement within the current brand and service standards.
- Need to demonstrate commerciality and have proven success in delivering targets and managing £m budgets, through implementation of strategies to delivering corporate objectives. Your commercial acumen and £multi-million budget management expertise will be second to none.
- Demonstrate experience in successful Change management driven by the Corporate office
