With the role of Admin Night Manager you will o versee and manage the provision of all administration matters relating to passengers, the ship's company, international documentation and Front of House Reception. Ensure all documentation relating to departure and arrival for all ports is completed accurately and on time, and ensure the efficient and effective operation of crew related administration and Front of House Reception
Primary Responsibility of the Role:
You will be responsible for leading, managing and directing the team to effectively deliver administration matters relating to passengers and crew, including maintaining accurate records of crew numbers, ensuring everyone has signed on and off the Crew Agreement as required.

Primary Responsibility of the Role:
You will be responsible for leading, managing and directing the team to effectively deliver administration matters relating to passengers and crew, including maintaining accurate records of crew numbers, ensuring everyone has signed on and off the Crew Agreement as required.
- You will have to accurately complete immigration, customs and logistics paperwork in a timely manner, declaring all necessary items onboard.
- Produce passenger and crew arrival and disembarkation reports for each Port Authority in the required format.
- When necessary, you will liaise with ground agents for crew flights and arrange cost effective transfers. Update and maintain electronic and manual files to ensure accurate crew and passenger paperwork is held at all times.
- Act as the main point of contact for Port Authorities and ground agents, both on and off the ship, building professional relationships. Manage the smooth operation of passport control and immigration for passengers and crew. Ensure all documentation including passports and landing cards comply with port and visa regulations and health requirements are met by all onboard. Adhere to strict port deadlines prior to arrival. Ensure passports are stored safely and securely and are presentable to authorities on request. Confirm all passengers and crew are back onboard before the ship's departure.
- Oversee the smooth operation of Reception, handling any escalated issues that arise and effectively handle and resolve passenger berthing requests in a timely and customer centred manner. Oversee the administration of the crew payroll system.
