As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Warner Leisure Hotels you will help to lead, encourage and coach our team to do their best everyday with the goal of treasuring and caring for our guest's rooms and public areas. You will work in a high performing, fast paced environment to ensure our guest's rooms meet the Warner standard and our guests expectation.

The Purpose of the role:

• Providing the housekeeping team with the appropriate tools and resources for the job, enabling them to proudly deliver exceptional cleanliness standards outlined within the department handbooks and the Warner Culture.
• Assisting to control stock management
• Helping to work within the budget provided for the department, spending money appropriately to support the team and guest experience.
• Providing safe, secure and appealing bedrooms and public areas around the Hotel/ Villages

Qualifications, Experience and Training:

• We will welcome applicants with at least one year of supervisory experience working in hospitality, ideally within a large scale hotel environment
• You will have experience of training, developing, and motivating a team
• Ideally you will hold a HND or equivalent level qualification in hospitality. Qualifications however are not a requirement for joining our team.
