Taking over the City’s disused Midland Bank Building, Soho House & Co. and New York’s Sydell Group have collaborated to restore the beautiful Grade I listed building. Hosting 250 bedrooms, 10 restaurants, bars, a member’s club, Barber & Parlour, Ned’s Club Spa & Gym, two swimming pools, along with six dedicated event spaces.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Guest Relations Manager to head up our Guest Relations team. The role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey. Managing a team of 5, you will be responsible for anticipating guest needs to create wow moments.

You will have proven prior leadership experience within Guest Relations or Front Office and the ability to read guests’ needs and customise every experience. You are great at multi-tasking, thinking outside the box and are comfortable dealing with high profile guests from diverse backgrounds. Excellent, above and beyond style of service is the foundation of everything we do, therefore exceptional people skills are essential. You will be comfortable with standard PC systems, have a passion for leading people and can think on your feet.
