What is the main purpose of the role?

This is a key role managing all Marine Spa reservations and Spa packages to maximize profit and availability. Your focus will be to drive sales into the Marine Spa in order to achieve sales & budgeted revenue year on year as detailed in the business plan.

You will be the first point of contact for all reservation queries, will design spa packages and offers for groups as well as managing show rounds. You’ll also carry out research for new memberships and review local competitors.

We are looking for someone with exceptional standards of customer service, an excellent telephone manner and ideally a background in this type of role previously.

You’ll need to stay abreast of all the latest developments in your field and maintain a sound product knowledge. In addition, you’ll be organised with strong communication skills and the drive to achieve set targets.
