Are you a Black Sheep? If you have an itch to shake things up, be different and challenge the status quo then maybe we can help each other out. We are looking for a Finance Accountant who wants to be a part of an inspired team.

Black Sheep Coffee was founded in 2013 when a group of friends decided they could no longer tolerate average tasting coffee and more importantly, that they didn’t have to.

The Maintenance Manager will have previous experience working as a helpdesk operator for a retail or hospitality brand within the property / maintenance department and be ready to make the next step into a company of where there is plenty of progression and scope to learn.

As Maintenance Manager you will be working as part of a small team reporting into the Head of Property and working alongside a Property Assistant. The company portfolio is currently at 22 sites with continual growth and constant refurbishments and projects on the old estate as Black Sheep grows.

The Maintenance Manager Requirements are:
• Organised, motivated and a self-starter
• A good knowledge of maintenance procedures; with a basic understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, electrics and plumbing issues
• A willingness to learn and self-teach to understand common issues and operational processes
• Flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to not only be at head office but also visiting all stores
• Experience receiving, and processing helpdesk calls from inception through to completion
• Able to build and maintain relationships not only with operations but with all suppliers and contractors
• Ability to manage stock of all items stored in warehouse facilities
• A good working knowledge of Excel and ability to record, analyse and produce reports on all costs incurred
• Able to not only react to urgent issues but plan preventative maintenance
• Able to maintain Fixed asset registers
• A good team player with a desire to succeed and chip in with other department projects
