About the role…

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company. You will ensure that sites run smoothly and safely, providing a pleasant environment for the residents, employees and visitors.  Working to brand specifications you’ll carry out a preventive maintenance programme to ensure facilities are maintained and in service for the guests, while taking immediate actions to correct any deficiencies.

About you…

As a Facilities Manager, you will hold appropriate industry accredited qualifications and be recognized by a suitable professional body.

Ideally, you will have experience within the hospitality industry and have a strong understanding of: Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Engineering Practices, effective maintenance techniques, Asset Management processes and procedures.

In addition you will have demonstrated leadership and effective influencing as well as people management, time management and contract management experience.

Effective communication skills (written and oral across different levels) as well as Customer focus is also a key requirement.
