Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant - Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village

At Drimsynie we believe that great people create great holiday memories and our Reception team is key in ensuring our guests are greeted with genuine warmth from the moment they arrive. 

It’s not just simply checking guests in and out.  You can help create their entire holiday programme by advising them of the facilities available, tailoring the leisure packages we offer to ensure their needs and that of their families are met.  Our Reception team acts as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay and also works closely with our Maintenance team to ensure high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and holiday park with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Inform of and sell the services and activities that are available to our holiday makers.
  • Handle requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Ensure all financial and booking procedures are adhered to.
  • Maintaining security with respect to money, keys, guest and group property
  • Handling all incoming calls courteously, both internally and externally.
  • Using our Park Vision system for all aspects of bookings and job orders.
  • Liaise with all departments as and when required to ensure efficiency throughout the hotel is promoted.
  • Keeping all front of house areas tidy at all times
  • Ensure brochure displays are kept up to date and the correct information is displayed.
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Complex Manager
