About the role...

Working as part of the management team, the Reception Manager will assure the best possible overall guest experience with particular emphasis on maintaining and devloping a highly professional, motivated reception team. The Reception Manager manager has to ensure that the front of house facilities are maintained and presented to a high standard.

About you...

The successful candidate will have previous relevant Hotel Reception Management experience. You will need to be flexible, have a hands-on approach, have fantastic inter-personal skills, be an excellent team player and have the ability to meet targets. The candidate will need to have previous experience within a Front of House reception role, high IT proficiency and experience managing people. Previous opera experience would be desirable
