A full time Treatments Team Leader role is available to join our busy Spa Treatments team. This role is Maternity Cover for up to 12 months.

You’ll be working towards driving the quality and sales of our Spa Treatment divison in our four star Hotel, working closely with the Spa Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a natural drive for quality, enjoys working towards targets and is a ‘hands on Manager’ with our small team of 4.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Having good communication skills to guests and employees
• Making sure all guests are happy with their treatments and looking at ways to be more proactive in sales and training of staff
• Completing all finance and control procedures
• Motivating the team in achieving treatment sales

This is a full time role at 40 hours per week. Weekend work will be required on a rolling basis, to ensure this is fair with all the team.  The candidate must be at least NVQ Level 3 or more qualified in beauty therapy; plus have previous management experience.
