The Sprowston Manor Hotel and Country Club boasts excellent conferencing facilities. Our 12 conference rooms can accommodate up to 500 delegates that cater from a range of events from Business Meetings to Wedding Receptions.

Due to our continued expansion and high demand, the Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club is looking to recruit an Evening Housekeeper on to the team.

As Evening Housekeeper, you will be required to;  

• Allocate, supervise and inspect work carried out by staff
• Ensure that all security systems are adhered to i.e. guest room keys, etc.
• Ensure that guest requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Organise the rotas for department staff
• Be fully aware of all Britannia standards and ensure that they are implemented

The successful candidate will have a proven record of supervising a team of room attendants. They will also have excellent attention to detail and will ensure the housekeeping team continue to provide a high-quality service. This role is available on a part-time and you will be required to work 25 hours per week.
