We are currently recruiting for a Hall Porter to join our highly successful Concierge team at The Grand Hotel, Brighton on a part time basis.

You should have a warm, personable nature, can do attitude and eye for detail. You will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations.

Applicants will have at least 12 months experience in a hospitality role. You will also need to demonstrate a vivacious personality with a love of meeting and talking to new people, whilst also having a good level of maturity and a level headed manner. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality, have a positive attitude and great attention to detail. Applicants must also have a clean driving license for at least 2 years.

The primary focus of the roles is be to be available at the front door and in the hotel lobby to offer assistance and help to our guests and visitors as they arrive and throughout their stay, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience within the hotel.

You will meet, greet and show guests to their bedrooms, assist with luggage, and be on hand to answer any guest queries about the hotel and the local area; as well assisting with the garage operation, parking and maneuvering cars as required.
