Grounds Foreperson/Foreman - St Asaph

Lyons Holiday Parks are a growing family business with many holiday home parks and hotels in the local area. We are currently recruiting for an experienced foreperson to manage the grounds of Eryl Hall Caravan Park and Country Club.

This is a permanent position subject to a successful probationary period with free parking and eligibility to join our NEST pension scheme after 13 weeks of employment.  The rate of pay for this role is £20,000 per annum with the hours of work being Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm and Saturdays 8am until 12 noon.  

To succeed in this role you must be hands on, able to prioritise workloads effectively, able to create good camaraderie within your team and actively manage work performance.  Leading by example you will be a hard-working, highly motivated individual and able to plan tasks effectively to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

You must have solid experience of working as a foreperson and managing a grounds or maintenance team.

This role will encompass appraising the park and managing the grounds team to ensure that standards are improved and jobs are completed correctly within the required timescales.  This role will also involve managing grounds improvement projects as they arise.  Previous experience of working within the caravan industry would be a distinct advantage.

A full driving licence and own transport are essential for this role.
