This is you, and we need your stand out customer service skills and keen eye for detail to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Ricoh Arena as a Front Office Supervisor. The Hotel itself was refurbished in October 2015 and boasts 121 guest rooms including 50 queen rooms with stadium views of Ricoh Arena!

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, the ideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar Receptionist or Front Office Team Leader or Supervisor role in a Hotel or has worked within the hospitality industry and can demonstrate strong administration and customer service skills. 

This role oversees the receptions operation to ensure consistently delivered exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring the team are providing an accurate and efficient reception operation which will include check in and check out procedures, whilst also supporting the team in handling guest requests and enquiries to ensure a positive outcome. 

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis of 40 hours per week, working on a 3 shift rotational basis which is as follows: 7am - 3pm, 2.30pm - 10pm and 8pm - 8am, with weekend and evening work required.
