Head Housekeeper - The Borrowdale Hotel

Salary £18,500 to £19,000 per annum

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager, who is energetic, guest focused, with good attention to detail and the ability to work as a team or as an individual.

Working with our hotel management team, primarily you will be scheduling your team, checking rooms, organising the working day, servicing of rooms and public areas, ordering linen and most importantly maintain our high standards. You will have excellent communication skills and be able lead and develop your team.

What we are looking for in you:

• An experienced Head Housekeeper, or Housekeeping Supervisor, within a four star luxury property.
• Be able to build, develop, motivate and coach a team. Conduct training of the team to deliver exceptional standards
• A good organiser with outstanding leadership skills to lead the team with personality and clear direction.
• Exceptionally customer focused and a people person
• A Professional, with an eye for detail to improve and maintain high standards.
• A team player with a hands on attitude
