Central Reservations Agent

We are looking for an exceptional Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations office located in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded person to work closely with Gaucho Central Reservations team overlooking our 16 restaurants in the UK.

Gaucho is a high end Argentine restaurant with a fantastic reputation for service.
A guests’ experience of Argentine hospitality starts with you, when they call to make a booking or enquiry. So we are looking for:

• A charming, confident manner and excellent communication skills
• First-rate verbal and written English
• Passion for hospitality and the willingness to go the extra mile

It would also be wonderful if you had:

• Experience as a Reservationist or a similar role
• Knowledge of Open Table reservation system

You must be eligible to work in the UK and looking for full time permanent work
