We are looking for night owls that love working in the early hours of the morning and would like to join Macdonald Hotels & Resorts as a Night Porter! This vital position is responsible for managing the operation whilst our Guests are sound sleep! If our Guests have a query throughout the night, you will be their main point of contact so it is vital you have excellence systems knowledge, confidence and communication skills. You will work rotational shifts on a five day rota which will involve working some weekends! You’ll have basic culinary experience to assist when our Guests are peckish throughout the night and have a passion for delivering outstanding Guest Service whilst ensuring their safety throughout the night!

This role is ideal for those in a role within a similar 4 or 5 star hotel environment.

This position will include shifts working Saturday and/ or Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays.
Experience using OPERA would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
