Junior Sous Chef
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie looking to step up to Junior Sous for this country house hotel in Cheshire. We are looking for a team player, ideally with some hotel or banqueting experience to work in this busy hotel and wedding venue.
In this role you will support and work alongside the Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef in leading, inspiring and motivating the Kitchen brigade, to provide excellent service and food at all times. You will be involved with menu design and will be encouraged to support the team with new ideas.
Requirements
Passion for cooking and fresh food ingredients
Determination and buzz required to work in a busy kitchen
At least 2 years’ experience as a chef de partie or similar role
Own transport (due to remote location)
Experience of banqueting ideal
The Role
- Straight shifts & Split Shifts depending on the business
- Great development opportunities
- Salary from £20,000 to £25,000 PA depending on experience
- 5 days over 7
- 28 days holiday + CHRISTMAS DAY OFF
- Eligibility - you must be able to live & work in the UK
