Payroll Administrator - Wolverhampton

- Take responsibility for the maintenance and integrity of all payroll data
- Be responsible for ensuring all data is input and checked on a timely basis
- Administer and run weekly, Bi weekly and monthly payrolls
- Liaise with all relevant internal and external departments
- Deal with queries from all Web based bureau customers
- Deliver a first class service
- Ensure adherence to payroll policies, including statutory changes, as required
- Complete manual tax/NHI calculations, when required
- Maintain employee data records
Are you?
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Outgoing and confident with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and with the minimum of direct supervision
- Someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to use initiative in dealing with customer enquiries and problems
- Computer literate, with experience of using Excel and Word
- Someone who has worked within a busy office environment
- Able to maintain confidentiality in all duties associated with this role, and able to deal with issues tactfully and in a diplomatic manner
- Knowledgeable about payroll routines including PAYE/NI
- Flexible and someone who enjoys working as part of a close knit team
