The role would suit a hardworking, knowledgeable and passionate chef looking for the opportunity coordinate and manage the kitchen alongside the head chef.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high culinary standards and presentation of food
  • Support the head chef with purchasing, budgets and stock control
  • Help maintain and manage a safe and hygienic kitchen and ensure HACCP records are maintained at all times
  • Prepare and cook a combination of breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course a la carte evening meal
  • Train, manage and motivate your team
  • Deputise for the Head Chef

 

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing within a commercial kitchen and come from either a hotel or restaurant background. All candidates must also hold an EU/UK passport, NI number and UK bank account.
