Park Warden - Hoburne Park Holiday Park

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team at Hoburne Park, our luxury Holiday Park in Christchurch, Dorset as a Park Warden.

Within walking distance you'll find two beautiful sandy beaches, a gorgeous harbour for watersports and a charming quayside.  The park itself covers just over 40 acres and consists of privately-owned caravans, company letting caravans and residential homes.  Facilities include both an indoor and outdoor leisure pool, Café h, multi-use games area, adventure playground to name just a few.

The successful candidate would ideally have worked on a caravan park or within a tourism industry role previously.  They will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work.  This role will require a practical person with the ability to work both as a team player and on their own initiative.  They will display competency over a wide range of disciplines whilst demonstrating a flexible attitude and ‘hands on’ approach.

Also required for this position:

  • A high level of inter-personal skills
  • Be self-motivated and positive attitude
  • The ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Hold a full clean driving licence.

General maintenance, grass cutting, strimming, upkeep of the grounds and assisting in other areas where needed. Basic plumbing and DIY skills are also required.

This is a full-time position of forty hours per week. You will be required to be on-call (6-9pm) 2 or 3 nights each week and weekend, evening and Bank Holiday work will be required.

As a member of staff, you will have a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits and 30 working days holiday per year (for a full-time position).
