Maintenance Support - Dartford

Full-time, Permanent​ | £23,000 to £24,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Maintenance team. This can be a busy role which involves travel between all our London restaurants, up to 5 locations in one day, carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment and restaurant areas. The teams’ main purpose is to ensure that our restaurants are in good working order and delivering the perfect environment for a Lebanese feast to our guests. Due to the nature of the business and role, hours may vary and will include weekend cover.

The successful person will:

• Demonstrate confidence in trouble shooting and performing electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry works
• Have knowledge of how to maintenance and service kitchen and food prep equipment
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills in order to prioritise and complete jobs with minimal disruption
• Be required to carry equipment e.g. tools and parts required to do the tasks assigned for that day
• Be fully aware of health and safety procedures and able to demonstrate compliance at all times
• Have an excellent command of English language, ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers
