Spa Intern - Alexandria

Loch Lomond Golf Club’s Spa Intern programme provides an amazing opportunity for those who are HND qualified in Beauty Therapy and wishing to make a head start in a career in Spa Therapy.

This is a comprehensive 2 x 6 months split programme starting in March. After completing your first 6 months at Loch Lomond Golf Club you would move on to one of our Spa partners in Scotland to continue your development within a 5 star luxury Spa environment.

Over the 12 months you will gain experience in the following areas:

• Treatments
• Sales training
• Customer service training
• Project Management
• Business development
• Reception experience
• Food and beverage

Whether or not you have work experience in beauty therapy, our objective is to create a solid foundation on which you can build your career under the guidance of our highly skilled and experienced Spa Management team. Each Spa Intern will get their own project to manage, such as product development, merchandising, stock management. You will be responsible for the research and collating information for you to see your project through to completion. This unique Intern programme will provide you with the opportunity to learn and develop in areas which aren’t covered within the College courses along with guidance from the Spa Manager.

• Pedicures
• Hopi Ear candling
• Waxing & Tinting
• Threading

 This programme will also provide the opportunity to work with and be trained on some of the top brand names in beauty therapy such as Germaine de Capuccini, Ishga and Orly.

In addition to salary, 30 days holiday per year, end of season gratuity, complementary meals, uniforms, staff discount benefits and golf, we can also arrange accommodation.
