Spa Front of house Supervisor - The Club & Spa, Birmingham

The right candidate will be working in our Brand New Spa that is due to open April 2019!

They will work closely with the Spa Manager, will manage the Reservations team and the Spa Front of House operations, whilst delivering outstanding Customer service. 

Main Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere to the Spa, focusing on excellent customer care, going the extra mile for every guest
• Making sure all customers request and queries are responded to promptly, efficiently and effectively
• Positively dealing and learning from customer’s comments and complaints and revisiting procedures to ensure continuous excellent service is being delivered
• Ensuring all Spa procedures and checks are being completed every day
• Building and maintaining customer profiles to capture guest preferences and to deliver wow factors throughout their Spa journey
• To ensure service standards are consistently delivered throughout the department
• Identify up-selling opportunities for and with the team
• Ensure handovers and briefings are carried out and shifts are closed properly
• Ensure effective room allocation for the following day
• Communicate the aims of the team ensuring that the team is familiar with current promotions, offers etc. at all times
• Follow company financial procedures with regards to , cashiering/banking, security, key security procedures
• To assist the Spa Manager with the daily running of the Spa
• Attend regular meetings with the Manager and with the Spa team
• Must be flexible
• Must have experience in a similar role
• Strong retail sales required

Working pattern:

Full time position 5 out of 7 days (to include weekends/Bank holidays) - shifts between 09.00 - 20:00

Experience:

• Front of House Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Spa Therapist/knowledge: 1 year(Preferred)
• Prem Spa Knowledge
