Whatyou'll do Assists with hotel maintenance priorities Ensure recognition is taking place across areas of responsibility Provides the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective Maximise the financial performance Manage a small team on engineersPerformsinspections effectively.

Hasa working knowledge of all departments in the hotel and can act as technicalliaison.

Ensurescompliance with all Engineering departmental policies, standards andprocedures.

Maintainsaccurate logs and records as required.

Supervisesstaffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financialobjectives are met.

Assistsin effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenanceprograms.

Helpsestablish priorities for total hotel maintenance needs.

Effectivelymanages parts, supplies and equipment inventories that minimize downtime andmaximize cash flow.

Ensuresall associates have the proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.
