General Manager - North Cornwall

We are a rapidly growing, acquisitive and dynamic company within the holiday home and leisure sector.

We are looking for a General Manager, based in north Cornwall, with the ability to lead a committed team and take full accountability for delivering exceptional experiences at this recently acquired park.

You will lead across all areas of park operations including efficiently managing all areas of the park, ensuring all commercial areas are performing to their optimum potential and operating within budget, managing the park within compliance guidelines and legislation and leading our team members to enable exceptional service to be delivered to our customers.

You will be a natural leader and communicator and previous experience in a similar environment will be essential. You will have experience of leading, inspiring and motivating teams as well as having budget responsibility. Flexibility in approach and hours will be essential, we’re a rapidly growing business and there will be peaks in workload as we respond to that growth. Initiative, organisational skills, professionalism and the ability to work well with others will be a given.
