Due to exciting new business and a great growth in our business, Rapport is recruiting for an experienced and inspiring Front of House Manager.
Do you have a management background in Leisure? Are you looking for a new challenge to stimulate your leadership skills? We may have a role that stretches your skills and learning, working in a professional and friendly environment and leading a Front of House Team on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone to Create an environment that is friendly, welcoming and supportive of a customer’s choice on how, when and where they are active.
Ensure that outstanding levels of customer service are always adopted. Be passionate about and promote the mission; be an advocate for the benefits of activity, and the products and services that form our offering both on site and on-line.
Showcase the centre. Offer all prospective customers.
Communicate and build rapport with each customer in a unique and relevant way.
