Groups and Revenue Coordinator

As Groups Coordinator you will work directly with the Revenue Director and Sales Managers

You will be responsible for ensuring each group booking enquiry is handled efficiently, from operations awareness, follow up and billing. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and offering solutions to meet the clients' needs. The role will entail being pro-active in ensuring Delphi and Opera are in sync with an attention to detail to maintain an accurate status of all enquiries and bookings. To ensure that the highest standard of administration is carried out for every group enquiry and booking.

In order to accurately manage all room enquiries on a daily basis effectively, including up-sell of rooms and inventory management you will need knowledge of revenue. This will assist you in understanding what is required to exceed budgets and maximise the group segment, therefore, the role will include being a revenue coordinator to be able to give the guests the smoothest communication from the start.

You…

You are an articulate verbal and written communicator. You are confident to work individually, and as part of a team. Opera systems experience and previous experience in Groups and reservations is required as well as your naturally charming personality.

Previous experience as Groups coordinator or over a year in Room Reservations is required. Opera Knowledge is mandatory and preferable Delphi knowledge.
