Summary

We are looking to recruit a Programme Administrator at our Dearne Valley site to work within the programme delivery team. You will plan and deliver resources that complement the programme and deliver the guests aims and objectives. The programme Administrator is responsible for the delivery department, acting as a line manager to the team, ensuring the quality of product delivery and its programming as well as take responsibility for the correct procedures being used for the maintenance of equipment. You’ll also be working with the Centre Manager to develop the centre and its product to delight our guests and meet an ever changing demand to retain repeat business and attract new customers.

What we are looking for

Your customer service skills will be second to none, ensuring a great customer experience is your forte, this is key for attracting new business and ensuring repeat custom. You’ll need to be supportive and have previous experience managing staff as one of your key roles is providing excellent line management to the delivery team. We need someone who is enterprising, with a fluid attitude to change, as we’re always looking to push forward with development and ensure continuous improvement.

Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of HR Pro would be beneficial.
