As a Groups Reservations Coordinator, you will be pro-actively responsible for the group sales process - from inquiries to billing and all operational aspects. In addition to this, you will deal with all inquiries promptly and efficiently with a 8-working hour response time, meet and greet all groups/tour leaders on arrival to ensure check-in runs smoothly.

Our Group Reservations Coordinators are also responsible for maintaining an efficient filling system for quick and easy locations of all group arrivals and collaborate with our Events, Front Office and Food & Beverage Departments. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a drive to excel, good listening skills to provide team and client oriented service and to build relationships with key clients.
