Salary £15,839.48 per annum pro rata (£8.21 per hour)

Casual Contract (25 hours average over 4 week rota)

4 week rolling rota

Week 1 (28.5 hrs) Mon 14:00-19:00, Wed 15:00-19:00, Thurs 15:00-19:30, Fri 13:30-21:30 Sat 10:00-18:00

Week 2 (23 hrs) Mon 14:00-19:00, Wed 15:00-21:30, Thurs 15:00-21:30, Fri 13:30-19:00

Week 3 (28 hrs) Mon 14:00-19:00, Tues 15:00-19:00, Wed 07:30-15:30, Thurs 15:00-19:00, Sat 10:00-18:00

Week 4 (20.5 hrs) Mon 14:00-19:00, Wed 15:00-19:00, Thurs 13:30-21:30,

Friday 15:30-19:30

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors into the leisure centre. We are looking for someone who can take bookings, provide advice on memberships and general centre enquiries both face to face and over the phone.

As part of the role you will also carry out centre tours along with ensuring an excellent customer journey for all visitors and members.

We need someone with;

·         Superb Customer service skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·         Experience in cash handling

You will need to be self-motivated and manage your time effectively.  Flexibility to respond to a vast range of queries and a busy working environment is important.
