You will be working directly with the event sales team in order to gather all information required to complete the contact. Key areas will be to clearly specify the services that will be provided, payment schedule and terms of cancellation.

It will be your direct input to highlight or query areas that are not standard to the event so that all details are clear and precise and have the applicable authorisation. When you have finalised the contract you will issue to the Park General Manager for their review and signature, following this, you will forward to the event organiser directly for their review and approving signature. Should either authorising person have a query or note information incorrect or not present you will refer back to the sales team to resolve.

Once the contract has been signed by both parties you will file in the appropriate drive and issue to all who requires so they may action, such as, system set up. You may be asked to aid and assist any event that requires additional support either to set up and/or on the event, this may entail travel to the applicable Park site.

It may be on occasion you are asked to assist with other areas of the business who require your administration skill or other knowledge.
