Sales & Front of House Manager across Ryedale Contract

Everyone Active is currently seeking a high calibre positive, supportive, inclusive and progressive individual. You will also need to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. 

We require an ambitious and commercially focused Sales and Front of House Manager across the Ryedale contract. This role requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to increase membership levels whilst delivering exceptional customer service and developing a sales focus to the front of house team. 

The successful candidate will: 

• Lead and inspire their team in delivering our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a wee
• Effectively plan and execute the marketing strategy
• Have a dynamic approach whilst introducing Everyone Active to the local community
• Achieve monthly membership and income targets
• Adopt a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active database
• Be experienced in delivering exceptional customer service that generates customer  compliments and can encompass the corporate aims and objectives of Everyone Active and Ryedale District Council
• Be able to initiate and deliver change to drive the business forward
• Have the ability to analyse and evaluate data against key performance indicators
• Be results-driven, with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets
• Have leadership skills, particularly the ability to motivate and inspire others to ‘raise the bar’
• Be a solutions-focused team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Have previous sales and FOH experience
