Assistant Manager

 

Overview of Assistant Manager role: Your primary function wihtin this role will be that of ensuring guest satisfaction, aiming to exceed expectations at all times. You will also lead the duty team, encouraging them to work within the company core values and maximising the profitability of the hotel at all times. You will be able to demonstrate xecellent hands on leadership, maintaining an influential presence throughout the hotel, interacting with guests, employees and suppliers. Assistant Manager Key skills:

  • Polite and personable with excellent customer service skills
  • Well presented and impeccably groomed with a great eye for detail
  • Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A positive personality and service with a smile

This role is ideally a first step into Hotel Management, although experience as a Junior/Deputy Department Manager in a 4/5 star hotel and qualifications in Hotel Management are all highly desirable assets.
