We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our vibrant, successful and passionate Housekeeping team. 

We are looking for a Room Attendant who ideally bring previous housekeeping / cleaning experience in a similar establishment. You will need to have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise effectively as well as work under pressure. You will need to demonstrate good communication and customer services skills and provide a warm and friendly service to our guests.

We are offering a full-time role at Barnsley House, working 5 days over 7, 40 hours per week.  Shifts will be allocated according to business needs and will include working over weekends and public/bank holidays.

Barnsley House is a beautiful 17^th century house, which sits perfectly in the small Cotswold Village of Barnsley, just outside Cirencester.  There are 18 wonderful bedrooms imbued with understated country luxury.  Barnsley House offers a 4 red star experience to our guests who are looking to retreat to the rolling hills of the Cotswolds.  Just across the road too is ‘The Village Pub’. Everything that its name implies - It’s a quality pub offering exceptional food and drink.  There are six well-dressed bedrooms, which are almost always on a waiting list!

Barnsley House is located in the centre of the Cotswold village of Barnsley, on the B4425 (Cirencester to Bibury and Burford road), four miles north-east of Cirencester in Gloucestershire.  Therefore due to location and limited public transport, own transport is essential for this role.
