Joining our independently owned and 5–star hotel as our Reservations Supervisor, you will help build a supportive and social place, where we can all be at our best while receiving the following happiness perks:

As our Reservations Supervisor within our Reservations family, you will be responsible for ensuring that all individual books are correctly managed by the team of Reservations Agents. Relying on your previous experience with Opera and working in a 4/5* hotel, you will support our Reservations Agents in working on tailor made guest experiences.
Your role would also include training and motivating your team of Reservations Agent to deliver a 5-star service to all customers. As the Reservations Supervisor, you will play an integral role in ensuring that the team are developed and have regular reviews to ensure that they are constantly improving. Within this dynamic environment with quick learning opportunities, you will also have the chance to gain a greater insight into our various departments.
