Reception Team Head - Hoburne Bashley, New Milton

Hoburne Bashley, a 100-acre wooded country estate on the edge of the New Forest National Park and close to some of the south's best beaches, is now recruiting for a Reception Team Head.

Hoburne Bashley enjoys the enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” with 5 stars by the English Tourism Council. The role of the Reception Team (Head) is to provide an efficient reception and administration service and to undertake such operational duties as specified by the Customer Experience Manager.

Main Duties include:

  • Reception/office/admin duties as directed
  • Deal with all bookings, sales and function enquiries and administration
  • Handle all reservation enquiries
  • Preparation of arrival packs and check-in / check-out of holidaymakers
  • Local membership enquiries and owners’ memberships
  • To ensure reception facilities are kept in a clean safe condition and are open on time
  • To manage all Reception staff reporting to you, maintain adequate staffing levels and administer Reception rotas
  • To assist the Customer Experience Manager in their duties and carry out any other reasonable duties as required and directed by Management.

 

 

The successful candidate should also possess the following attributes:

  • A good telephone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service
  • Self-motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and able to multi-task where necessary

The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
