Full Time position – £21,000 – St Albans

Your role in our family:

• To manage the OSS Team, ensuring all of their tasks are complete and managing of all team member situations
• To ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests & clients of the hotel, at the reservation stage, to maximise guest satisfaction
• To participate in sales activities as & when required keeping informed of all promotions within Sopwell Hotel
• To work closely with all departments to maximise service opportunities & thereby increase revenue
• Answer internal/external phone calls within 3 rings, in a professional manner and direct them if necessary, to the relative person/department

What would make you the perfect fit?

• We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to provide excellent customer service and drive revenue
• Supervisory experience within a busy Reservations department
• To manage & maintain all reservations related systems to the highest degree of quality, including Opera, Micros, Premier Spa, Open Table/Guest Services & all participating extranet systems
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, weekends and bank holidays
