Floor Manager​ - NEW OPENING - The Hoxton, Southwark

We are looking for Floor Managers to be part of our team for the brand new The Hoxton, Southwark, set to open this summer.

Our ground floor restaurant & bar is all day dining of Hox classics, light & fresh food with a strong vegan/vegetarian component. Spread across our open lobby, outside terrace and upstairs mezzanine, we’ll seat around 150 guests.

Meanwhile, our rooftop restaurant & bar with an outdoor terrace (and spectacular 360 views!) will seat similar numbers and offer a "fine-dining in sneakers" experience all around a seafood developed especially for us.

What you’ll do…

Help run a fun, slick and fast-paced restaurant, day and night, making sure our guests have an unforgettable experience
Lead your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; encourage, develop and inspire them and be their point of contact for questions & ideas
Work closely with the rest of wider team to keep everything running smoothly
Know your products and systems inside out

What we’re looking for…

At least 2 years’ experience in a busy Front of House restaurant operation
You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get sh*t done
You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
