Glass House Retreat is the UK’s first purpose-built detox and weight loss retreat.  Within our brand new, visionary, state of the art retreat facility, we will provide our guests with expert support, including progressive fitness facilities and classes, cryotherapy, luxury spa and beauty treatments, and specialist raw food and juice diets.

We are recruiting to a number of permanent positions and would love to hear from you if you are smart and personable and have experience of working as a night receptionist.  Previous experience in hospitality is not required, as we will provide full training for this role.

In this role you will act as night receptionist, including conducting patrols throughout the night.  You will also be required to work on reception, including welcoming guests arriving late, and checking out those leaving early, as well as attending to guests’ overnight needs and emergencies.  Cleaning duties within the pool and gym are also included in this role.

You must be able to work on night shifts on weekdays and weekends.  You must be practical, with an eye for detail, possess a can-do attitude and the desire to provide first class customer service.
