An exciting opportunity has become available to join Luton Hoo Hotel
Overview
As a highly organised and efficient Secretary, you will support the General Manager in his role of managing this luxury resort. You will ensure all queries are dealt with promptly. Coordinate multiple task, be responsible diary management and letter writing.
The Secretary to the General Manager is a high profile role within the hotel and you will be expected to reflect company values and standards at all times. Providing administrative support and executive assistance ensuring the successful day to day running of the office.
Responsibilities are wide ranging and you will have a varied workload, so you must be able to prioritise your tasks effectively.
Key Skills:
- Highly organised, passionate and self motivated
- Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent Communicator
- Experience in a similar administration or secretarial role
- RSA Typing qualification or similar
- GCSE Level Maths &English or equivalent
