We are now looking to recruit a Guest Service Assistant that is confident, efficient and passionate in the delivery of excellent customer service at The Holiday Inn Express Cambridge Duxford. We are located just 6 miles from Cambridge city centre, with Whittlesford Parkway station on our doorstep and free parking for all staff.

As Guest Service Assistant, responsibilities include, upselling the hotel and local area plus overseeing a busy reception area, dealing with guests checking in/out, enquiries, whilst also having the experience to work in the bar, kitchen and restaurant areas, being flexible within your role supporting any department in line with business demands.

Experienced ‘all rounders' are required!

It is essential that you have great communication and organisational skills, along with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring all our guests leave Holiday Inn Express, having enjoyed a ‘warm and friendly experience'.

Experience within a 3/4* Hotel Reception and Food and Beverage is desirable along with excellent computer skills.
